Notice is hereby given by First Nations Health Authority of its intent to directly award an agreement with the following supplier to provide a venue capable of hosting over 1,000 attendees in a single plenary space, with integrated stage and audio-visual services, and facilities to support cultural protocols and live performances:

FNHA intends to directly award a contract to Vancouver Convention Center (VCC) DBA B.C. Pavilion Corporation for the following services of up to three (3) years with the possibility of two (2) – one (1) year extensions starting January 05, 2026.

Services:

The Contractor shall provide the following services:
• Venue space for 1,000+ attendees in a single plenary room
• Stage setup with integrated audio-visual equipment
• Support for cultural protocols and live performances
• Event logistics and on-site coordination
• Accessibility-compliant facilities
