This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. (“BC Ferries”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a complete Data Platform Solution consisting of one or more products and implementation services from one or more vendors

BC Ferries is undertaking a multi-year enterprise data transformation to strengthen how data is used to improve operational reliability, customer experience, safety, workforce effectiveness, financial sustainability, and regulatory accountability. This RFP seeks a qualified partner to deliver the enterprise data capabilities required to support timely, trusted, and actionable decision-making across all levels of the organization.
