RespondentsThey should address dwelling and information management, such as accurate address verification, handling secondary suites, and integration with municipal systems. Compliance with provincial regulations, inclusive question formats, multilingual support, and robust privacy measures must be demonstrated. Additionally, respondents should detail software capability for managing census staff, payroll, mapping, response tracking, and analytics, along with proposed implementation strategies, cost structures, and any innovative enhancements that improve efficiency and participation.
