This Notice of Intent (NOI) is formally issued by The Board of Education of School District No. 35
(Langley) (“SD35” or "the District") to notify the supplier community of its intent to enter into a direct
contract with School Bus Knights for the provision of specialized school bus maintenance, safety
inspections, and comprehensive repair services for the District’s fleet of forty-three (43) school buses.

The primary objective of this NOI is to maintain the highest standards of transparency and fairness in
public procurement. While the District has identified a potential vendor based on preliminary
assessment, other suppliers are encouraged to submit a Statement of Capabilities demonstrating
