Description

SAIT is seeking proposals for an exclusive catering partner to provide high-quality culinary and service experiences across our main and satellite campuses. Our catering program supports a wide range of events—from small drop-off orders to large-scale plated galas—and plays a key role in enhancing campus life and community engagement. SAIT is also seeking an experienced food service partner to operate the Begin Tower Dining Centre, the hub of our residence dining (Meal Plan) program. Serving students through an All You Care to Eat meal plan, the dining centre is essential to building community, supporting student well-being, and enriching campus life.

Information/Pre-bid Meeting**Mandatory
A mandatory Bidders Meeting/Tour will take place on Wednesday January 21, 2026. Time and Location will be provided prior to the 21st. Submissions of the Bidders who do not attend the mandatory meeting will not be considered. To confirm your attendance, please email the Purchasing officer identified prior to the meeting with the name and designations of the representatives who will be present during the site visit.
