The The Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) facilitation services in support of its multi-year Terminal Expansion Program. This RFP invites experienced consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in Integrated Project Delivery to submit Proposals to guide, structure, and facilitate a high-performing IPD team throughout the planning, validation, design, and construction of the Authority’s terminal expansion.
