Description

The District invites proposals from qualified and experienced contractors (“Prime Contractors”) to establish a contractual relationship for the provision of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, boiler services and refrigeration (HVAC/R) services.

The successful Proponent(s) will be capable of performing work on refrigerant-containing equipment across District-owned and operated facilities. Services may include, but are not limited to, inspection, preventative maintenance, repair, replacement, installation, and emergency response for HVAC/R systems.
