Description

This Request for Information(“RFI”) is issued by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by Ministry of the Solicitor General “the Ministry”, to gather market intelligence on available splash guards, hatches or other products designed for installation and use within correctional facilities, collectively referred to as “the device” throughout this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to understand current industry capabilities, product specifications, supply chain considerations, and maintenance requirements.
This RFI is issued solely for information gathering and planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment to purchase or a competitive solicitation.
Scope of Work
The Ministry seeks information on:
• Commercially available devices suitable for secure institutional environments.
• Technical characteristics, durability, materials, and lifecycle considerations.
• Maintenance, warranty, and support models used in the industry.
• Manufacturing, delivery timelines, distribution arrangements, and indicative pricing.
