• A new multi‑year Strategic Plan and associated business and operational plans
• Organizational learnings from ongoing program alignment and modernization initiatives
• The need for more coherent, horizontally aligned processes, roles, accountability structures, and performance systems
• A desire to improve strategic execution, customer experience, innovation pathways, and internal collaboration

The Enterprise Transformation Advisor will play a critical strategic and facilitative role during this period of change—helping the Senior Leadership Team shift from a program-centric operating model to an enterprise-centric one, supporting design, decision-making, sequencing, and adoption.
