Description

The purpose of this contracted service is to provide Therapeutic Intervention Prevention Services (TIPS) Training to staff in the three Government of Alberta-operated Provincial Campus-Based Care (PCBC) facilities; Lac La Biche, Yellowhead and Sifton. TIPS Training will provide staff with comprehensive training to navigate conflict, manage crises, and promote safety through proactive and compassionate approaches. The TIPS Training will empower staff with the tools and knowledge to prevent and manage challenging situations through compassionate, effective, safe and practical strategies.

M Tech Fitness’ TIPS Training supports a mission to empower individuals and organizations with the tools and knowledge to prevent and manage challenging situations through compassionate, effective, and practical strategies. Their primary focus is developing therapeutic relationships and utilizing de-escalation techniques to foster safer, more supportive environments. This training is catered specifically for healthcare professionals that will effectively support PCBC staff.

Therapeutic Intervention Prevention Services (TIPS) provides comprehensive training to help individuals and professionals navigate conflict, manage crises, and promote safety through proactive and compassionate approaches.
