Description

The scope of work for the Banded Peak School includes a Mechanical Upgrade as follows:

-Upgrade the heating plant with new boilers, pumps, heating specialties, etc.
-Rebuild main air handling unit
-Replace all water source heat pumps
-Replace existing roof mounted exhaust fans
-Replace well pumps with new
-Upgrade existing DDC system

Please ensure all prices are broken out and itemized separately, as RVS may proceed with a partial project award budget permitting.
