The Local Government presents concerts and other entertainment, in addition to hosting and producing the Garrison Night Market in and around Officers' Square (575 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB).
The Local Government is seeking a Supplier to source and book Artists for the City of Fredericton Summer Concert Series and Canada Day Events at the Officers' Square stage. This outdoor stage is covered and includes an integrated sound system. Entertainment occurs in rain or shine. The Local Government may choose the option of having the agent/agency book entertainment for other locations or events.
The anticipated concert and entertainment programming budget for the regular programming of the City of Fredericton Summer Concert Series at the Officers' Square stage is approximately $93,500 for 34 concerts in 2026, Canada Day Events budget is approximately $50,000 for the headliner and supporting act(s). This includes the concert booker fees, the Artist fees (including any lodging or rider requests), the required sound technician and the cost of any additional sound equipment, above what is
provided at the Officers' Square stage. These amount changes along with the number of regular concerts and will be updated each year, based on the Local Government budget.
