Alberta Ministry of Hospital and Surgical Health Services (HSHS), Emergency Health Services (EHS) Legislative Compliance Unit (LCU) is seeking a modern solution to replace its current Electronic Licensing Management Software (ELMS). The existing system, implemented in 2017, lacks essential functionality such as real-time reporting, trend analysis, and integration capabilities.
