To develop a comprehensive, defensible framework that identifies the full cost of providing key municipal services, transportation, water, wastewater, and stormwater, to support growth and investment for the Prairie Economic Gateway. The Prairie Economic Gateway (Gateway) initiative is a first-of-its-kind collaboration between The City of Calgary and Rocky View County to enable rail-served industrial development and economic diversification in the Calgary region.
