Description

.1 Renovation of the main and second floor labs at the DEERFOOT SQUARE building, located at 2938 – 11 street NE, Calgary.

.2 Renovation of office space in the Deerfoot Square building to add more workstations for the Ministry’s staff. The project involved renovations on both the main floor and 2nd floor of the building. An unused laboratory space (approximately 86m2) on the main floor will be converted into office space complete with 10 new rover workstations. On the second floor, there are two areas which will be transformed (approximately 80m2) into 10 new resident workstations. In the process, 3 existing workstations will be removed, gaining the ministry a net total of 17 new work points.
