The intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit and receive formal offers from prospective Proponents for the provision of fixed price construction services for the Peace River Courthouse – Replace Humidification System (“Project”). The project involves the demolition of the existing adiabatic humidification system at Air Handling Unit AS-1 and its replacement with an electric steam generator.
