Indoor and Outdoor Aquatic Facilities Upgrades and Repairs RFSO# 25-2026 The City seeks qualified Contractors to provide scheduled aquatic facility upgrades, repairs, seasonal work, and preventative maintenance for indoor pools, spray parks, wading pools and related aquatic infrastructure. Work includes structural, surface, mechanical/electrical systems, safety/compliance upgrades, and seasonal resiliency (winterization/cover systems). Estimated annual spend approximately $3M; Master Agreement Term up to 3 years.
