This Request for Proposal is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Buildings General Contractor C7400200.

The City of Calgary (the “City”) hereby issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to qualified general contractors for the purpose of selecting and entering into an agreement with one construction management contractor for the Hotchkiss Project, which includes the construction of a temporary fire station.
