Description

The District of Invermere invites Proposals from reliable and experienced janitorial service providers capable of delivering consistent, high‑quality janitorial services for three municipal buildings. This reposted RFP replaces the previously issued RFQ to correct the procurement method and ensure full alignment with the District’s competitive‑bidding requirements.

An in-person site visit will be held on February 18th, 2026, at 11.00 AM MST.
The site visit will allow Proponents to:
• Examine existing conditions
• Take measurements
• Review dispenser types and storage areas
• Ask questions related to the Scope of Work
Pre-registration is required, and attendance is limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives per Proponent.
