The City of North Vancouver (CNV) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and experienced firms capable of providing on demand and pre-scheduled waste and encampment clean-up services. These services may include but are not limited to: debris as a result of an encampment, vandalism, dumping, excess foliage, accidents/spills, wildlife activity, events, general item disposal.
