Description

Grande Spirit Foundation, on behalf of Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC), is inviting bids from qualified mechanical contractors for the upgrade of the boiler system at Aurora Court, a two-storey residential building totaling approximately 1,615 m² (17,383 sq. ft.).

The Work includes:
Removal of existing boiler equipment
Supply and installation of two (2) high-efficiency condensing boilers
Venting modifications
Hydronic piping modifications
Gas line verification and modification as required
Electrical tie-ins and control integration
Condensate management
Commissioning and staff training
