Requirement: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision to install new fluid coolers at the Canadian Food Inspection Laboratory, Calgary, Alberta in accordance with the Invitation to Tender, Specifications and Drawings.

NOTICE:

Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a site visit on September 17, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at 3650, 36th Street NW, Calgary, Alberta T2L 2L1.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.

The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance, provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders that do not provide the name(s) of the person(s) attending the site visit risk being denied access to the site.

Drawing and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT1) contains the Drawing and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
