5P201-18-0208/A Atwater pedestrian bridge rehabilitation – Quebec Waterways

Description of Work:

This project scope of work includes the rehabilitation of the deck, steel truss and bearing pads of the Atwater pedestrian bridge crossing the Lachine Canal in Montreal.

The main work consists, but are not limited to: Site preparation, maintenance of traffic and temporary signage, complete demolition of the slab, including the reconstruction, replacement of the bearing pads, full painting of the steel structure and environmental protection during the work.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $ 500,001 > $1,000,000, Taxes extra.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be and optional site visit on Friday December 7th at 10:00 am EST, interested bidders are to meet at the intersection of Charles Biddle Street and Atwater Avenue, in the south-West borough, Montreal, Quebec (45.479027,-73.575244.).

Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper personal protection equipment (Safety boots, vests, etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.

Delivery Date:

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within fourteen (14) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
