ITEM 001 - Quantity one (1) Articulated 114 Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid(DDP) to CFB Gagetown, Oromocto New Brunswick.

ITEM 002 - Quantity one (1) Articulated 114 Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Shilo, Shilo Manitoba.

ITEM 003 - Quantity one(1) Articulated 114 Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Suffield, Alberta.

ITEM 004 - Quantity one (1) Articulated 114 Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus, in accordance with DNDPurchaseDescription, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Bagotville, Bagotville Quebec.

ITEM 005 - Quantity one (1) Articulated 114 Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Cold Lake, Cold Lake Alberta.

ITEM 006 - Quantity one (1) Articulated 114 Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Greenwood, Greenwood Nova Scotia.

ITEM 007 - Quantity one (1) Articulated 114 Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Trenton, Trenton Ontario.

ITEM 008 - Quantity one (1) Articulated 114 Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus,in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Comox, Comox British Columbia.

ITEM 009 Optional Quantity (Up to 4) Articulated 114 Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, FCA Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility or Contractor's Canadian distribution point.

Option may be exercised by DND/PWGSC within Twenty four (24) months from the date of contract award.
