The Department of Natural Resources (NRCan) has a requirement for the provision of a conical filtering centrifuge with accessories including the supply and delivery, installation and training to Devon, Alberta. The filtering centrifuge will be used for the pilot scale continuous separation of solvent (toluene) diluted bitumen from oil sands mineral particles.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
