SUMMARY

To supply, deliver and install 21 electric clothes washers, 11 electric clothes dryers, and 2 natural gas clothes dryers to the various locations at the Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Esquimalt, Victoria BC in accordance with the requirement detailed herein.

Partial deliveries will be considered provided all requested appliances and services detailed herein are completed to DND satisfaction by no later than February 28, 2019 (Mandatory).

Bidders must bid on all requested items and services. Bids addressing only a portion of the requirement will be declared non-responsive.

Only one (1) contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation process to the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all amendments issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.
