Contract period is one (1) year with three (3) optional years.

It is MANDATORY that the bidder or a representative visit the work site.

Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on February 16, 2012 at 10:30 a.m.

as the Correctional Service, Donnacona Institute, 1537 Route 138, Donnacona, Quebec.

Anyone who wishes to attend the site visit is subject to a prior security check.

The supplier must complete form CSC/SCC 1279 "Institutional

Access CPIC Clearance Request" and fax it to

Mrs Marie-France Noël at 418-285-5566, at least five (5)

days before the date set for the visit.

This procurement is subject to security requirements.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00 with GST for four (4)

years
