Description

Request for proposal to supply janitorial services for the Department of National Defence, Citadelle Military Armoury in Quebec City as per the Statement of Work.

Contract period is two (2) years with three (3) individual optional years.

OPTIONNAL SITE VISIT will be held on June 10th, 2014 at 10:00 am.

The meeting point will be in front of the main doors, located at 1 Côte de la Citadelle, Quebec City (Quebec).

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

Total

estimate for the contract is between $1 000 001 and $5 000 000.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on the minimum mandatory requirements, a numerical score for operational criteria, qualitative and a financial analysis.
