Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) has a requirement for the provision of occupational therapy (OT) consultationservices for the field office located in North Bay, Ontario. The period of the contract is from date of award to March 31, 2017 with options to extend for one (1) additional one (1) year period.

This document contains a security requirement.

All proposed personnel to provide occupational therapist consultation services must meet the following:

-Graduation with a degree from a recognized university; -A certificate of current registration as a registered occupational therapists in the province where the work is to be performed. -Twenty-four months of full time experience in the last seven (7) years providing occupational services to adults as a registered occupational therapist or supervising or teaching the practice of occupational therapy treatment of adults. -Hold of valid driver's license in the province where the work is to be performed.
