DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The objective of this contract is to meet Non Insured Health Branch’s (NIHB) management accountability responsibilities to ensure provider compliance with NIHB and Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support Program’s (IRS RHSP) requirements, guidelines and policies.

The Contractor will carry out specified audit procedures indicated in the Mental Health Audit Framework and report the results of the procedures for selected health service providers to determine whether the billings are in accordance with the NIHB provider requirements described in NIHB and IRS RHSP process documentation.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

From contract award to March 31, 2019 with two (2) option periods of twelve (12) months each.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria.

Basis of Selection – Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit [70 %]

and Price [30 %]
