This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the University of New Brunswick (hereinafter referred to as the University or UNB) for the supply and delivery of:

(i) Laser Printers and Peripherals;
(ii) Laser Printer Toner Cartridges;

For a minimum two (2) year period, as detailed in this Request for Proposals, with a possible one (1) year extension over three (3) consecutive years.

The secondary intent is to make this award available to the members of the NB/PEI Educational Computer Network (ECN) for which they may also choose to purchase from the awarded supplier(s). The ECN consortium consists of the following institutions, located in the provinces of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island:

- University of New Brunswick
- Université de Moncton
- Saint Thomas University
- Mount Allison University
- Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick
- Maritime College of Forest Technology
- University of Prince Edward Island
- Holland College
- Maritime Provinces Higher Education Commission
- New Brunswick Community College
