This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

The Proponents’ Meeting (not mandatory) will be held on September 9th, 2019 at 1:00pm mountain time at the following location:
Meeting to begin at 610 3rd Street SE Calgary Alberta. Other locations will be visited after the initial meeting. PPE will be required: Safety glasses, safety vest, steel toe boots.

The Deliverables are included in 4 (Four) Schedule(s). The City intends to enter into 1 (one) or 2 (two) Agreement(s) for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for an initial term of One (1) years. The Agreement may be renewed for Two (2) additional terms of Two (2) years, not to exceed a maximum of Five (5) years. The Agreement will not include a POC.

The following mandatory documents are required with the submission of a Proposal:
• Proponent’s Company Safety Manual; and
• Safety Certification – Certificate of Recognition
Submit a valid Certificate of Recognition (COR) or Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR), Medium Employer Certificate of Recognition (MECOR) or equivalent acceptable to The City. The COR or SECOR or MECOR or equivalent certification is to be sanctioned by Alberta Employment and Immigration, Workplace Health and Safety or by an equivalent program in a jurisdiction other than Alberta.
