Description

The Town of Banff is seeking an experienced energy management/services firm to complete energy audits on seven (7) municipal buildings, comprising approximately 168,635 ft2 of gross floor area. The onsite audit, energy & emissions analyses, financial analyses, and subsequent report will meet or exceed ASHRAE Level II standards.

The audit project targets the Town’s ‘Tier II’ buildings, which combined are responsible for roughly 20% of all energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions from the Town’s facilities. The electricity and natural gas consumption for these buildings are plotted in Figures 1 and 2.
