The work to be done by the Contractor under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, insurance, and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of all work as more fully specified in the solicitation documents.

The work site described in this specification is located at Wekusko Lake in Manitoba with land description NE 22-67-17 WPM. Wekusko Lake is located approximately 680 km north of Winnipeg, MB. Berry Bay is on the west shore off of Provincial Road 392. See chart of Location on Drawing C-1.

The work under this contract covers:

- The demolition and removal of the existing timber wharf to lines and grades designated on Drawing C-1.

- The supply and installation of a new timber wharf as shown on Drawing C-2 and C-3.

Work is estimated to be completed within 18 weeks after contract award. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, the estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100,000 to $500,000 .

LISTING OF SUBCONTRACTORS: Take note that R2710T, GI07 “Listing of Subcontractors and Suppliers” has been amended. See SI10 of the Special Instructions.
