RFPQ #17-01 - Government of Alberta Video and Multimedia Services

The intent of this RFPQ is to create a Standing Offer List of Pre-qualified Vendors who can provide expertise and services to support the GoA efforts through multimedia design and consultation services, professional video recording and pre/post production services, providing broadcast quality videos and web-ready multimedia Materials such as graphics, streaming video and audio clips. The final products could be incorporated in webpages, or as web-ready videos, or as web-cast information dissemination events that may be delivered through:
• GoA websites and social media
• DVD or memory sticks
• Broadcast media

This is a non-exclusive opportunity as the Province may contract with more than one Vendor for the provision of Services (as further described in sections 3.1 and 3.2 and Appendix B, of this RFPQ). All Proposals that receive a minimum score of 70% of the total available points for all evaluation categories (and which otherwise meet all mandatory requirements of this RFPQ) will qualify for placement on the Standing Offer List. (See section 5 for the evaluation process).

Vendors are invited to submit Proposals for the provision of the Services and Materials in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this RFPQ.

This RFPQ will be conducted with the objective of maximizing the benefit to the Province, while offering Vendors a fair and equitable opportunity to participate.

Vendors are advised to pay careful attention to the wording used throughout this RFPQ. Failure to satisfy any term, condition or mandatory requirement of this RFPQ may result in rejection of the Proposal.
