Description

The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) requires a qualified Alberta Land Surveyor (ALS)
to confirm the property lines, identifying any item that may be encroaching on to Municipal property.

During the 2016 Wildfire, dozer guards were created to stop the spread of the fire. To maintain this
area as a defensible space, the Municipality is currently undertaking a firebreak rehabilitation
program. Also, for this area to be defensible from fires, encroachments on Municipal property must be
removed.
