Description

Alberta Culture and Tourism is seeking qualified proponents interested in entering into a contract for provision of VIC services at the eastern entrance to Alberta along Highway 16 at our visitor information centre in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan commencing in December 2017.

The operations of the VIC includes but is not limited to the following:
- Conducting regular site visits to the VIC
- Ensuring that the staff participate in at least two Offsite Counselling Events
- Ensuring issues at the VIC are addressed in a timely manner
- Providing reports in a manner specified by Alberta Culture and Tourism
- Ongoing training

The intent of this RFP is to seek proposals from vendors that can demonstrate that they can successfully operate and manage the facilities.
