Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued on behalf of School of Dentistry at the University of Alberta. Proponents are invited to submit a Proposal for Linen Supply and Cleaning Services on an as needed basis in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this RFP.

The estimated annual expenditure is $100,000 CAD. This estimated value does not express, imply or guarantee any amount of work and is not to be taken as an absolute value. The University assumes no obligation to guarantee any particular dollar expenditure during this term or any subsequent term.

The University intends to award an agreement for an initial two (2) year term with an option to renew for three (3) one (1) year renewal terms. Renewal(s) would be based on satisfactory performance in the initial term and mutual agreement on the applicable pricing for the subsequent term(s).
