18-1500 - Pavement Condition Data Collection and Assessment (automated or semiautomated)

The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified engineering firm to collect
automated or semi-automated pavement condition data for its arterial and
collector road network. The services include pavement surface condition
assessment through laser imaging for specific distresses. Falling Weight
Deflectometer testing and Ground Penetrating Radar survey will also be
collected on selected roads.

This procurement process is intended to create a formal, legally binding bidding process, and, will not be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

• Agreement term:
o Two (2) years with option to renew for up to two (2) additional two (2) year terms. Potential maximum duration is not to exceed 6 years.
