Description

- To determine whether there are any material discrepancies in any information reported by renewable fuel providers in the final version of their compliance reports submitted to ACCO, and in particular the volumes of qualifying renewable fuels reported as being supplied to fuel suppliers or approved contributors within the 2017 compliance year;

- To determine whether there are any material discrepancies in any information reported by fuel suppliers in the final version of their compliance reports submitted to ACCO, and in particular the volumes of petroleum and renewable fuels reported as being placed in Alberta within the 2017 compliance year;

- To gather information and document the fuel supply chains for renewable fuel providers (from fuel production facilities where the renewable fuel originates) and fuel suppliers (from renewable fuel providers) in the 2017 compliance year;

- To gather information and document the practices of fuel suppliers for the transmission, storage and blending of renewable fuels in the 2017 compliance year;

- To gather information and document the data management systems and practices for accounting of fuel volumes and reconciling discrepancies between data sources
