Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from suitably qualified and experienced organizations interested in the provision and delivery of a Process Management Software for the College.

Background: Many critical processes in the College are not documented. For those that are documented the current method does not encourage a high user adoption. It is difficult to analyze or makes process improvements without baseline documentation and an easy method to share information.

Objectives: The aim of implementing a new process software is to:

• Increase the number of critical processes documented.
• Protect intellectual property by ensuring that Subject Matter Expert material is documented.
• Standardize the method of recording process so that the method is easily duplicable.
• Encourage a high user adoption.
• Reduce training time
• Reduce process errors
• Enable all users to recommend timely changes to the process.
• Track workflow and approval of process changes.
• Improve communication with other user groups about process changes.
