Description

This is a request for proposals to provide EEA with program management for the 2018-19 Energy Efficiency Education Grant Program. We are anticipating approximately 50 grants as part of this program. The scope will entail process development, reporting, compliance management and grant recipient capacity building services for the Grant Program.
