Description:

Sole source is proposed for AON, the Service provider, for Agriculture Financial Services Corporation, for providing mortgage impairment insurance coverage and forced place insurance coverage to protect AFSC financial interests and provide risk mitigation within this area.
The engagement will commence as early as April and will be reviewed on an annual basis, unless terminated earlier. The engagement may be extended on basis of business need.
The estimated costs for this engagement are approximately $60,000 and subject to change based on the total insured value.
During the Contract, AFSC:
a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or
b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and
c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services.

This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Article 14: Procurement of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA).
