Description

Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (“APS”) is tendering for complete cleaning and janitorial services consistent with the tasks and frequency set out in Appendix D of the RFP. The cleaning and janitorial services shall be performed in a manner that maintains the first class appearance of the building to employees and visitors of APS. The building is 62,000 square feet over 3 floors which is comprised of carpet, tile and laminate flooring throughout, and one parkade level.

In addition to the regular cleaning and janitorial services, APS requires an outline of the additional cleaning and janitorial services available to counter an outbreak of viral infectious diseases. This should include disinfectant product information, frequency of application, also to include all hand touch points in the building and any other information about what you would do in an outbreak.
