RFP Scope:

FCC is seeking to lease approximately 12,000 usable square feet of wheelchair accessible office space in Saint Hyacinthe, QC. The intention is to lease the space for a period of five (5) years, with two additional five (5) year extension options. The proposed space must be within one building and offer the entire space on one floor. Parking and evening cleaning services must be included in the lease.
