Description

The District of North Vancouver ("District") invites detailed proposals from vendors ("Proponents") for the design, equipment supply and installation, data management, reporting, and support services related to automated counting systems for active transportation (pedestrian and bicycle) on an "as and when needed" basis under a "Standing Offer Agreement" ("SOA"). This will be in the form of permanently installed and portable counting devices
