Description

The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from RFEOI and Pre-qualification for Demolition Contractors #162-09/17 and Re-opening #187-10/18 demolition services contractors to complete the specified Work, as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

Only the following Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project:

· 3R Demolition Corp.
· D. Litchfield & Co. Ltd
· Matcon Demolition Ltd.
· MWL Demolition LTD.
· Pacific Blasting & Demolition Ltd.
· T&T Demolition LTD
· Clearview Demolition Ltd.

An optional site visit for this Tender will be held on March 10, 2020 commencing at 10:00AM. An optional site visit for this Tender will be held on March 10, 2020 commencing at 10:00AM. Tenderers are requested to meet on job site and shall wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the site visit.

Tenders will not be opened in public. All unverified results will be posted on the Owner's website by 10:00 am the next business day after the Tender Closing Time and Date.

Submissions and/or amendments will not be accepted by facsimile or email. Late submissions or submissions delivered to locations other than the address indicated will be returned to the Tenderer unopened.
