RFP #062-2020 - Community OT Services - Underserviced Areas

Workers' Compensation Board (WorkSafeBC) would like to identify community occupational therapy providers interested in providing community occupational therapy (COT) services to injured workers in the underserviced areas of British Columbia.

WorkSafeBC's COT services program is designed to help Injured Workers gain, maintain, and improve skills in self-care and productivity that allow them to live, participate and work in their local community. An Occupational Therapist (OT) may direct services provided in the home and community settings to assist Injured Workers in acquiring, retaining, and improving independence and adaptive skills, and return to a productive life. COT service providers will consider the effects of physical, functional, cognitive, affective, behavioural, environmental and psychosocial elements in all service components. The COT service providers provide assistive technology and treatment services

If you are interested in providing these services for WorkSafeBC injured workers located in the underserviced areas in BC, you must complete and submit the Community Occupational Therapy Services RFP Response Form - Appendices A, B, C, D and E at your earliest convenience. The RFP shall remain open to continuously receive submissions and issue contracts to eligible Providers, until such time WorkSafeBC chooses to conclude this process.
