Description

The City of Courtenay invites Statements of Qualifications (RFSOQ) for pre‐qualification of
engineering consulting firms for the provision of general engineering services for the planning,
design, construction and management related to engineering works and services. The City
intends to create a shortlist of professional consulting firms to submit competitive informal
request for proposals for a contract period of three (3) years, with an option to extend the
contract for up to two additional 1 year terms.
The City is interested in Consultants who have a particular expertise or interest in one or more
of the four (4) key areas in which engineering and urban planning support is needed below:
- Strategic/Asset Planning and Modelling Services
- Infrastructure Design and Construction Administration Services
- Environmental Assessments and Permitting
- Archaeological Consulting Services
