Description

CHC requires engineering consulting services to prepare and submit a development permit application to upgrade the existing site lighting for Deer Ridge 1 (DR1) housing complex. CHC would require engineering drawings, engineering specifications, (including but not limited to proper luminaire selection from lighting study calculations, method of connecting to existing and new site poles, new conduit and wiring, photocell, breakers, electrical panels, best routing of conduits, reviewing existing on-site conditions for existing luminaires and etc.). The Consultant shall provide professional quality services for all work at Deer Ridge 1 (DR1), 302-363 Deerpoint Gdn SE.
